Absztrakt (kivonat)

This thesis aims to explore how the use of artificial intelligence, particularly large language models (LLMs), affectsthe efficiency of office-related work tasks. The research focuses on theextent to which AI contributes to faster, more effective task completion, with special attention to activities such as writing, information retrieval, and decision-making.The empirical part of the study consists of a controlled experiment in which participants completevarious tasks with or without AI assistance. The research compares the time spent andthe quality of task performance between the two conditions. A supplementary questionnaire is alsoused to assess participants’ habits, attitudes toward AI, and generational differences in AI adoption.The thesis further aims to uncover how user confidence and openness to technology influence thepractical effectiveness of artificial intelligence. The results are expected to contribute to evidence-based corporate digitalisation strategies and work organisationmodels.
