Absztrakt (kivonat)

The main aim of this research is to delve into the impact of international workers in Hungary, then compare these effects to the top 5 economically largest Western European countries. Specifically, this study examines whether Hungary demonstrates a greater influence on foreign employees based on mainly economic aspects, but also including demography and legal perspectives, compared to the EU and how much the economic contributions of international workers differ from the data observed in Western Europe. My goal with the research is to highlight new possibilities, while comparing both sides policies and providing a fresh perspective on the topic as well as showing the effects that international workforce has on the two sides.
