Absztrakt (kivonat)
This thesis investigates the benefits and challenges of hybrid work at FPT Software in Vietnam. A quantitative survey of 111 employees was conducted to assess experiences with flexibility, productivity, communication, and work–life balance. Findings show that hybrid work improves autonomy, job satisfaction, and mental well-being. Employees also report higher productivity and better personal–work integration. However, challenges remain, such as blurred boundaries, increased workload, and communication difficulties. Some employees also experience coordination issues and uneven managerial support. Correlation analysis reveals that benefits are positively linked to engagement and performance. In contrast, challenges negatively influence these outcomes. The study confirms that hybrid work can be effective when supported by strong policies and digital tools. Recommendations are provided for organizations and policymakers to strengthen sustainable hybrid work practices in Vietnam.
