Absztrakt (kivonat)
This thesis examines how hybrid work influences trust, motivation, toxicpositivityand presenteeism in an organization. A quantitative online survey wasconducted,103 employeesparticipated. The questionnaire included closed-ended questions, open-ended questions, scaleand multiple-choice questions. The results show that hybrid workgenerally improvesflexibility, employee well-beingand trust between managers and employees. It alsoshowthat there are some challengesregardingteam belongingness, communicationand emotional openness. Respondents were moderately motivated, though younger and entry-level employees reported lower focus and team belongingness. Toxic positivity waslow among less experienced and remote working employees. Presenteeism remained low but present in cases of distractions. The finding partially supported all three hypotheses, revealing that hybrid work can enhance motivation and trust, but may also encourage suppressed emotions andbad workhabits. The study concludes by highlighting the need for stronger communication, equal treatment, better equipment, and supportive organizational policies.
