It explores external influences such as media narratives and political disturbances, alongside internal issues like poor crisis communication and structural weaknesses. Findings reveal key vulnerabilities, with stakeholders aware of rising crises but lacking preparedness. Ghana remains reactive, unlike destinations with digital emergency services and strategic resilience systems in place.
