Absztrakt (kivonat)

Today, tourism is growing at an unprecedented rate. One of the most important sectors of tourism is the MICE segment. This market is very broad and covers a wide variety of events. It employs many people, both as participants and as organisers. In my thesis, I seek to answer the question of how sustainability and the opportunities offered by rapid technological development are changing the business tourism industry. How artificial intelligence, created by the possibilities offered by technology, will change this profession, how it can be integrated in this sector and what tasks it can perform. I have prepared 4 interviews with different professionals to get an even clearer picture of how sustainability and new technological tools will change MICE tourism. The literature review and the answers of my interviewees allow me to compare similarities and differences, so that I can provide a more accurate picture of the current situation.
