Absztrakt (kivonat)

The festivals are considering to be more and more sustainable and they are trying to implement as many sustainability incentives and measures as possible. On the other hand, I also think that my topic will help my personal future because my plan is to be one day a festival- or concert organiser, and with my resources I will be more sustainable as a festival organiser or maybe I will find new methods to be more sustainable. In this case I will be an expert to help the Hungarian festivals on the field of sustainability. In my thesis I want to focus on all 3 of the pillars of the sustainability of the festivals, I will research about the sustainable incentives, what are the most common incentives among the festivals and if they are effective or not and also about the difficulties of implementing sustainable incentives in the Hungarian alternative music festivals. My methodology to these research will through observation. And I will also interview Hungarian festival organisers about sustainability. I want to review also about these behaviours in in foreign countries in my literature review.
