Absztrakt (kivonat)

Present study investigated tourist satisfaction and return intention at the Lake Balaton touristic region in Hungary, among domestic tourists who visited the area in the past five years. Several variables of satisfaction were evaluated by 189 participants, and through statistical analyses, the predicting factors to return intention were searched. The findings show that overall satisfaction has the highest correlation with intent to return, while other factors proved to be less important in this regard. This result is consistent with the literature written in similar subjects.
