Absztrakt (kivonat)

The central focus of this thesis is the Electronic Consignment Note (eCMR). The legal background is examined, including the related Conventions, Protocols, and how the CMR Convention is embedded in the chosen countries’ Civil Codes. The necessary digital solutions and infrastructure are presented. Emphasizing safety, I showed two of the regulations against money laundering and fraud, together with the rules of the authentication of electronic documents. The first steps to the implementation are gathered and the pilot projects are summarized as well.
