Absztrakt (kivonat)

The thesis examines the changing connection between traditional banks and financial technology (fintech) companies, focusing on theircompetition and cooperation. With the rapid growth of digital financial services and changing consumer expectations, the financial sector is undergoing an important transition. The study looks at the evolution, current situation, and socioeconomic impact of both traditional and fintech institutions. The study examines the key driversand barriersimpacting household adoption of fintech services and willingness to use hybrid financial models using both secondary and primary research conducted through a consumer-focused questionnaire. The findings emphasise the significance of strategic collaboration, trust-building, and technologicalinnovation in shapingthe future of financial services.This study helps to deeper understand how traditional and digital financial institutions might collaborate to provide more accessible, efficient, and safe financial solutions.
