Abstract
This study examined goods transportation by Hungarian delivery companies, focusing on logistics optimization, challenges, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. Technology like automation and innovation in logistics is crucial for efficiency, while urbanization and geographic diversity require adaptive strategies. Sustainability measures, including green technologies, reduce emissions. Timely deliveries, strong customer service, and advancements like autonomous robots are essential for meeting e-commerce growth and evolving consumer demands. Delivery companies must remain agile to adapt to these changes.
