Combining secondary research and primary qualitative data from a leading Hungarian IT firm, the study examines AI’s applications, from process automation to predictive analytics, and addresses challenges such as ethical considerations and workforce adaptation. Insights emphasize AI's role in enhancing operational efficiency, fostering innovation, and maintaining competitive advantage, while proposing frameworks for responsible and sustainable AI adoption.
