Absztrakt (kivonat)

This thesis of mine examines the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles at the EFOTT Festival. Through interviews and surveys, it identifies challenges and opportunities in implementing ESG strategies, such as waste management, sustainability and social engagement. The study highlights the mutual benefits for corporate partners incorporating EFOTT's initiatives into their ESG reports and provides recommendations to strengthen sustainability efforts at mid-sized events.
