Absztrakt (kivonat)

This study systematically analyses the development status and trends of the bike-sharing industry and green finance in the context of China's dual-carbon target. Based on the previous literature review, there is a basic understanding of the sharing economy and green financial instruments. Then, by conducting a SWOT analysis of the bike-sharing industry in three dimensions: economic, social and environmental, the study reveals internal strengths such as environmental friendliness and convenience, as well as external opportunities such as policy support and increased market demand. However, internal disadvantages such as inconsistent services and unclear profit models, as well as external threats such as the popularity of new energy vehicles, pose challenges to the industry's sustainability. In terms of green finance, the study highlighted the potential for financing low-carbon transport infrastructure projects through financial instruments such as green bonds and green funds. In addition, the study also points out the important role of green finance in promoting environmental sustainability and suggests specific ways in which these instruments can be used to accelerate the transition to a low-carbon economy. The study extends the theoretical underpinnings of the sharing economy by integrating them with the goals of sustainable development and proposes a new explanatory framework that illustrates how the sharing economy can contribute to environmental protection through improved resource efficiency. Finally, this study demonstrates how green finance can support specific low-carbon projects through case studies, which not only enriches the application areas of green finance, but also provides an empirical basis for future policy formulation.
