This paper investigates the determinants that impact the process of digital transformation (DT) in logistics companies, with a particular emphasis on Viettel Post Joint Stock Corporation in Vietnam. The DT of the logistics industry is crucial for economic growth and competitiveness in the era of Industry 4.0. Viettel Post, a leading domestic logistics service provider, is actively implementing digital technologies to improve efficiency and the customer experience. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, utilizing in-depth interviews with Viettel Post's digital transformation experts and a survey questionnaire distributed to logistics companies. The qualitative data provides insights into the specific challenges and opportunities Viettel Post faces during digital transformation. The quantitative data helps identify broader trends and factors influencing the DT process in the company. The results of this investigation will enhance our comprehension of the fundamental elements driving and hindering digital transformation in logistics enterprises. Furthermore, the research will provide Viettel Post with valuable recommendations on how to enhance its digital transformation strategy and achieve a competitive advantage in the Vietnamese logistics market.
