Focusing on five outstanding music events spanning from January 2023 to December 2023, the study delves into the multifaceted realm of event communication, examining strategies employed before, during, and after each event. The theoretical framework encompasses integrated marketing communication and event communication models, providing a comprehensive understanding of the communication landscape.The cultural context of Vietnam serves as a backdrop, highlighting the symbiotic relationship between music, culture, and identity. By scrutinizing the communication strategies deployed, the research aims to unravel the nuanced ways in which these events resonate with the local audience.Case studies of each music event offer a detailed analysis, unraveling the promotional efforts, media utilization, and audience engagement tactics. The study delves into the impact of technology and innovation on event communication, including the role of streaming platforms and virtual experiences. It also explores audience perceptions and participation, especially in the era of digital connectivity.Challenges and opportunities in communicating about music events in Vietnam are examined, providing insights into potential barriers and strategies for improvement. The comparative analysis of the five events sheds light on common trends, successes, and areas for refinement within the Vietnamese music scene.The thesis concludes by offering recommendations for enhancing communication strategies and anticipates future developments in the ever-evolving landscape of music events in Vietnam.
