This thesis investigates the potential of integrating digital solutions with tourism to enhance the international promotion and sales of Azerbaijani traditional art in Europe and North America. Employing a mixed-method approach that includes a comprehensive literature review, surveys, and expert interviews, this research provides insights into the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies tailored to cultural heritage promotion. The study highlights the crucial role of storytelling, social media engagement, and advanced digital technologies such as augmented and virtual reality in increasing the visibility and marketability of cultural products on a global scale. Findings indicate significant challenges related to cultural perceptions and logistical issues but also identify promising opportunities for leveraging digital platforms to overcome these barriers. The research underscores the importance of educational initiatives to foster local and international appreciation of Azerbaijani art and suggests strategic collaborations with cultural institutions and international organizations to amplify reach and impact. Strategic recommendations include enhancing online consumer experiences, optimizing supply chain logistics for international distribution, and utilizing emerging technologies to create immersive and interactive customer engagements. These strategies aim to not only promote Azerbaijani cultural heritage but also to support economic growth through increased tourism and art sales. This thesis contributes to the fields of digital marketing and cultural heritage promotion by offering a practical framework for the effective use of digital technologies in the arts sector. It also lays the groundwork for future research into the integration of digital solutions in cultural tourism and the sustainable development of cultural markets.
