Absztrakt (kivonat)

This study aimed to investigate managerial duties in high-class hospitality. Borkonyha serves as a notable example within the Hungarian hospitality industry, distinguished by its continuous development, adaptability, and warm atmosphere. Restaurant managers play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operation to ensure its success and profitability. Finding smaller and more significant elements of the service, presentation and atmosphere that could serve as a ‘recipe’ for other hospitality units as well. On the other hand, examining the difficulties and introducing the possible problem-solving methods. The claim originates from the short lifetime of Hungarian restaurants, despite the fact that one of the main growth sectors is gastronomy in Hungary.
