Absztrakt (kivonat)
This research thoroughly explores the intricate dynamics of workplace stress and motivation within project teams, delving into the underlying factors shaping team dynamics and individual well-being. Stress is a pervasive phenomenon examined through various stress theories, such as Hans Selye's General Adaptation Syndrome, and categorized into organizational, individual, and external factors. Crucial frameworks, including the Demand-Control-Support Model, Person-Environment Fit Model, and Effort-Reward Imbalance Model, shed light on stressors, their impact, and potential moderating factors. The pivotal role of motivation in project teams and the extensive repercussions of inadequate stress management on team dynamics, organizational productivity, and overall success are accentuated. Practical recommendations for organizations include stress management initiatives, fostering supportive work environments, job redesign, frequent evaluations, acknowledgment and incentives, and promoting a healthy work-life balance.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in project management are meticulously examined, identifying metrics influencing organizational success. Emphasizing the nexus between project output and team motivation reveals financial implications and benefits from motivated project teams. The research conscientiously addresses challenges associated with evaluating team motivation, advocating for a balanced approach combining quantitative and qualitative measures. An array of productivity metrics influenced by motivation is explored, spanning work output, efficiency, profit margins, customer satisfaction, and innovation. The paper concludes by underscoring the strategic imperative of understanding and managing stress and motivation for organizational triumph. The findings provide businesses with a blueprint to cultivate work environments motivating, encouraging, and empowering staff members, ensuring individual and organizational success amidst the intricacies of today's workplace.
