I will complete a proper feasibility study of a new salad bar in Budapest which includes the strategy plan, cost calculations(most important costs are the labor and food cost) and final expected net profit. The main concept behind the business is the importance of health, as a consequence of it the main product (the menu) contains only healthy food. Healthy way of eating is a new trendy flame influenced and created by the developed countries. The hypothesis is that It is worth to open such a catering unit like this.
