Abstract The research finding indicates that HSH is essential for consumers and businesses, which adopt it increases productivity, quality of service, and loyalty. Implementing HSH note to improve employee satisfaction, reduce burnout and stress with enhancement of work life balance and additional free time. However, the study concluded significant disparities between HUN and UK, implying that HSH is less valued among HUN consumers. Purpose of the Study - This study observes the perspective of employees and businesses regarding employee HSH, with placing a focus on customers perspectives. This comparison between HUN and the UK is driven by the different perspectives of businesses on employee HSH. Literature shows, that in HUN HSH tends to be considered less important, counterpart to UK, since there is notable emphasis placed on this topic. While this can be because there is a relatively low significance of HSH in HUN, which could also attribute why businesses are hesitant to engage in pilot programmes aimed at enhancing employee HSH. Therefore, this research purpose was to investigate the extent to which businesses can most efficiently enhance employee HSH. Specifically, it aims to determine whether HSH importance exhibits differences or similarities among HUN and UK customers. Methodology and Approaches - The methodology utilised two samples, one with consumers from the United Kingdom and the other, consumers from Hungary. These samples were employees to employees to address each question in this study. The research encompasses 3 different aspects. The first was measuring businesses, customers and employees’ perspective on HSH. The 2nd is employee HSH in the life of businesses concentration on customer perspective, and 3rd is HSH employees’ impact on value creation, satisfaction and experience for consumers. Findings - The research finding indicates that HSH is essential for consumers and businesses, which adopt it increases productivity, quality of service, and loyalty. Implementing HSH note to improve employee satisfaction, reduce burnout and stress with enhancement of work life balance and additional free time. However, the study concluded significant disparities between HUN and UK, implying that HSH is less valued among HUN consumers. Value, Impact and Originality - This research examines the significance of happiness and spiritual well-being in the context of businesses and employees, with a specific emphasis on the consumers perspective. Combining these aspects demonstrates the impact of employees HSH in the business environment. Another unique value is the assessment using comparison between two countries, HUN and the UK, where the level of research on the topic is differs significantly. This research shows the significance of employee HSH for businesses, highlighting the direct and indirect benefits that customers receive from this relationship. This study represents a limited number of research that observe and compares customers perspectives from HUN and the UK on employees’ HSH and its effects.
