Absztrakt (kivonat)

The thesis titled "What kind of leadership style (autocratic, democratic, transactional) has the most positive effect on employees in a global organization?" aims to investigate the impact of different leadership styles on employees within a global organizational context. The study explores three specific leadership styles: autocratic, democratic, and transactional, and examines which style yields the most positive outcomes for employees.

Through a comprehensive review of existing literature, the research explores the theoretical foundations and characteristics associated with each leadership style. It delves into the implications of these styles in terms of employee motivation, satisfaction, engagement, and performance. The study recognizes the influence of cultural and contextual factors in a global organization, considering how leadership styles may vary across different regions and cultures.

To gather empirical data, the research employs a mixed-methods approach, incorporating survey with open and close-endedquestions. The data collected aims to provide insights into employees' perceptions and experiences with different leadership styles, shedding light on their preferences and the outcomes they associate with each style.

The findings of this research are expected to contribute to the existing body of knowledge on leadership and its impact on employees in a global organizational context. By identifying the leadership style that has the most positive effect on employees (transactional), organizations can make informed decisions regarding leadership development and practices. Ultimately, the study seeks to provide practical implications and recommendations for global organizations aiming to enhance employee well-being, productivity, and overall organizational performance through effective leadership styles.
