<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"></p><div title="Page 7"> <div> <div> <p>The main aim of the dissertation is to examine the employees’ commitment, motivation and their behavioral methods, reactions with the leaders inside the organization. The research topic could be a help for the actual leaders in a governmental corporate in order to motivate their team and increase their performance of work. If the organizational commitment inside the team is not successful that assumes to reduce the withdrawal behavior of the employees, which could easily affect the team’s performance. In the research topic I would like to find out more about the employees’ commitment and behavioral. In this thesis I inspect two big state-owned company in order to preserve their anonymity, I am not going to write the real company name, in the research I am going to define them as „Company A” and „Company B”. In this investigation I narrow the scope of the research into two big state-owned logistic Hungarian companies. The first of them will be named as „Company A” and the second will be named as „Company B”. </p> </div> </div> </div><br><p></p>
