<p dir="ltr" style="text-align:left;"></p><p>Credit risk management plays a critical role in the financial stability and success of corporations. This thesis introduces the concept of risk management and explores more in depth the realm of credit risk management, analyzing the actors in the market and concentrating on the context of corporations.</p><p><span style="font-size:1rem;">It is aiming to provide a comprehensive understanding of the strategies, challenges, and best practices employed by organizations to identify, assess, and manage credit risk effectively.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:1rem;">The study draws upon a real-world case study, industry literature, and expert insights to examine the key components of an effective credit risk management framework. It delves into credit risk assessment methodologies, credit monitoring systems, credit limit analysis, and risk mitigation strategies. The case study on FrieslandCampina, is the fruit of research on public information and internal policies, in order to supply an empirical study of how credit risk is managed at a corporation that is successful in its field.</span></p> <p>The findings from this research make a substantial addition to the existing knowledge base. Not only do they provide valuable insight and practical recommendations for FrieslandCampina, but also pave a way on how to optimize its procedures and achieve an even more successful credit risk management within the company.</p><br><p></p>
