Absztrakt (kivonat)
This thesis focuses on analyzing the trade patterns of selected African countries, particularly those that were formerly colonized by France and Britain, such as Morocco, Algeria, Nigeria, and Kenya. Through examining various primary and secondary sources, the thesis aims to identify the political, economic, and historical factors that have affected the trade redirection in these countries. Additionally, the research will explore the challenges and opportunities faced during this process. Various factors that have influenced post-colonial economic relations will be investigated, including the impact of former colonizers on trade policies, the establishment of new trade agreements, and the creation of regional trade blocs. Furthermore, the study will analyze the economic factors that have affected trade exchange, such as the domestic trade balance, natural resources availability, and long-term trade patterns. Despite the obstacles faced by these countries, the thesis will argue that there are opportunities for promoting trade and economic growth through strategies such as infrastructure development, foreign investment, and improved business environments. Ultimately, this research aims to provide insights into the complex post-colonial trade patterns and contribute to a better understanding of the economic landscape of Africa.
