Absztrakt (kivonat)

<p dir="ltr">This thesis intends to analyze Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in the era of&nbsp;<span style="font-size:1rem;">globalization, its impact on economic growth. Using a time-series data set covering the period&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size:1rem;">from 1980 to 2021, the paper employs using qualitative and econometric methods of research,&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size:1rem;">considering different variables to investigate the relationship between FDI and economic&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size:1rem;">growth. The analysis was done on a case study of China. The results reveal the impact of FDI&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size:1rem;">on economic growth in China. The paper also highlights the role of China’s policy in attracting&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size:1rem;">and regulating FDI, the key industries and regions of FDI, nowadays challenges and&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size:1rem;">opportunities that China.</span></p><p dir="ltr"><span style="font-size:1rem;">Keywords: FDI, economic growth, GDP, globalization</span></p>
