<p dir="ltr" style="text-align:left;"></p><p><span style="font-size: 1rem;"></span></p><p>The outbreak of COVID-19 has brought a significant change in the way businesses operate. Companies were forced to adapt quickly to ensure the continuation of their operations, and this required effective leadership and crisis management skills. The pandemic also led to an unprecedented shift to remote work or home office, which has now become the new normal for many businesses. This study aims to explore the impact of the global pandemic on the leadership style of managers in a food delivery company in Hungary, their perception of home office, and what crisis management tools they were using to minimize the negative impact of the pandemic. My research will seek to determine whether the pandemic has influenced the leadership style of managers, and whether they have changed their approach to home office. It will also explore the impact of home office on the performance of employees, and whether it has affected their work-life balance.</p><p></p><br><p></p>
