Abstract
This thesis aims to explore the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on online shopping behavior. The study specifically investigates how the pandemic has affected consumer attitudes towards online shopping, their online shopping behavior, and the strategies that online retailers have employed to meet the increased demand. Through a thorough analysis of existing literature and primary data collection, the study will provide insights into the changing consumer behavior and the implications for online retailers and marketers. The research findings can be beneficial for policymakers, online retailers, and marketers in understanding the evolving consumer behavior and adapting their strategies to meet the new demands of the market. Overall, this study will contribute to the growing body of literature on the impact of the pandemic on consumer behavior and the digital economy.
