<p>Project management softwares have been around since the late 1800s and are an integral part in today's cloud-based project management, but having these systems available is not sufficient for good project management, the integration process itself is a project.</p> <p>The aim of this paper is to analyze and evaluate the specific case of integrating the project management information system Clickup into the operations of the SME company CraftHub using the SMART decision-making framework.</p> <p>This research involves reviewing applicable literature, analyzing the relevant aspects of the company and evaluation through in-depth interviews with the main stakeholders</p><br>
