Absztrakt (kivonat)

In the 21st century, business not only crosses the border lines of the countries but the oceans between continents. This system created some multinational giants, which are able to exist in different countries and cultures. It is a must for these companies to create a mixed workforce to provide a professional service for all customers. In this case, the company will be able to get in contact with different markets on their own language and they are able to get to know the different habits and values of these cultures, which is also a key element in business. This system creates a „melting pot” in the workplaces, where people from different countries and with different cultures need to work together. It holds many advantages but also includes some disadvanges. In my thesis, I am seaching those cultural and personal differences, moreover emotional factors which could influence a working experience in a multicultural company.
