Absztrakt (kivonat)

Since its breakout, COVID-19 has had a tremendous influence on public health and the economic environment in over 200 nations. COVID-19 is the world's most catastrophic infectious disease pandemic in over a century, and the World Health Organization (WHO, 2020) has pronounced it to be the fastest-spreading, most widespread infection, and most difficult to prevent and control. Although, from a hygiene standpoint, the global impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has been less severe than anticipated, However, from a commercial perspective, they are serious. Commercial organizations are particularly affected by the impact. Against the backdrop of the economic downturn, the job market has become more difficult, and corporate layoffs and pay cuts are common. Over the past two years, corporate layoffs and pay cuts have become commonplace. The long-term effects of the epidemic have caused a sense of social disappointment with the prospects of the job market. In this situation, business practitioners are increasingly focusing on the importance of developing strategies for business management. The importance of development strategies has been highly emphasized by scholar, as it guides the actions of the executive level of the company and provides direction for the positioning of the company in the market (Lin, 2003). And as market leaders, we can’t ignore the role of entrepreneurs and big businessmen. They create value for the market as well as providing opportunities for the job market. As a result, the development strategies of entrepreneurs and big businessmen are extremely relevant for practitioners. In the background of a sluggish job market, there has been a lot of interest in developing employee strategies for how entrepreneurs and big businessmen treat their staff. Practitioners want to find ways to use them to develop well-rounded treatment strategies. Without proper treatment, it is difficult to implement a well-planned strategy for employee development. And it is often assumed that enterprises and large companies tend to treat their employees better since they have so much capital. But we still need to find out the truth about whether this is really the case, especially in the context of pandemics. Not only for business managers, implications will also be provided for employees who want to work for large companies if their aim is to have better treatment. The different treatment of entrepreneurs and big business not only influences corporate staff development strategies within companies but also provides lessons for business practitioners. In this regard, I will research the question: What are the differences in the treatment of employees between entrepreneurs and big business during the pandemic
