Neobank is a financial organization functioning in the online space. The main difference from traditional banks is that Neobanks are more flexible. They provide their own services without physical branches and carry out almost all functions of offline banks in online applications.Neobanks usually have applications where the customers are able to open an account, issue a virtual card or physical which they get by delivery, transfer money, and exchange currency without commission. Moreover, Neobanks give access to investment in stocks, digital currencies, free cash withdrawals, and even cashback. More and more Neobanks are appearing in the world. They have changed the whole industry of banking. Traditional banks started to pay more attention to mobile banking trying to expand their services, improve the design and UX of apps. But what are the challenges and difficulties of neobanking
