Absztrakt (kivonat)

The topic of this paper is tax planning for SME1s in particular complying with the Hungarian tax rules and regulations. In the following pages, the definitions and particularities of the Hungarian tax types for SMEs are presented and the modern-day phenomenon of tax planning is explained and demonstrated, extended with a real-life case study to support the results and outcomes of the activity. The goal of this research is to spread general information regarding the tax types of SMEs in Hungary, as well as conclude the advantages of tax planning nowadays while taking some glimpses on the past and present as well.
