The subject of my thesis is the role of digitalization in commerce. I would like to examine this issue through the example of a comparison of two Black Friday campaigns at a retail company, with a webshop, which specialises in the sales of laptops and electronics. I have chosen Acershop.hu, because in my opinion the company correlates very well with the topic. The thesis has two research questions. First, how does the optimization of online marketing tools for the Black Friday 2021 campaign affect Acershop.hu Second, how did the covid pandemic influence customers shopping behaviour, regarding the Black Friday campaign
