The following thesis seeks a marketing strategy and a market entry plan for the concept of a company dealing with career guidance activities. The paper deals with the situation and importance of career guidance, and presents research on labor market trends, service marketing, and career choice habits, furthermore, it conducts an analysis of the company's microenvironment. It includes a description of the idea, and then, after a long research, makes the main strategic recommendations. In addition to these, it also assesses the situation of competitors in detail, using several different primary researches.
