Abstract

This article analyses behavioural economics in tourism. In this thesis not only the wide variety of open sources and information used but also primary sources used. Nowadays, behavioural economics is gaining popularity in the hotel business. This paper has studied the influence of social networks on decision-making, how people make decisions, factors that influence decision-making in tourism, the psychological characteristics of people, and the psychology of the relationship between the hotel employee and the guest. Also described were recommendations for hotel management, as well as useful tips for both sides of the subject. At the same time, social, psychological, and emotional factors play an important role.
