This article will present new ways of thinking, how to assess these campaigns, and how to build profitable and effective sponsored posts on TikTok with the assistance of her knowledge and my experiences. I would want to highlight how creators are selected and how they picture a credible influencer. To answer these questions, however, it is necessary to comprehend how one of the most popular social media platforms, TikTok, has developed with their audience, what it looks like from the creator's and viewer's perspectives, and what steps are necessary to create an effective campaign. I will review how TikTok’s algorithm work, how the platform itself look like from the creator and from the average users’ side and what they think about the influencer area. As the platform has a well-designed system, which has made it so famous throughout all age groups across the globe, it is vital to understand what kind of posts it likes and dislikes, how it reacts to advertisements, and how influencers must mark their campaigns to adhere to its requirements. There are several resources that we may rely on, but the algorithm changes so rapidly that no one should rely on particular rules. Rather, they should comprehend the system's core components, which will not change – but they must also be current to optimize their reaches.
