Absztrakt (kivonat)

Violence was used by Western nations one and a half centuries ago to gain entry into China. The battle ushered in a time of profound change in China. The old feudal system of China collapsed, but a new system was not established. At that time, China has no voice on the world stage and has signed many unequal treaties with powerful countries due to the Chinese poor military capability. During the Korean War, China had a significant impact on the conflict by opposing the United States and assisting Korea. In addition, after the Second World War, several emerging nation-states emerged on the world stage, mostly belonging to relatively backward agricultural countries. To shake off poverty and turn to modernization is these countries' urgent aspiration and realistic goal. However, the rise and development of these countries are subject to many constraints in terms of theoretical and ideological preparation, international environment and economic pattern. Chinese President Xi Jinping proposed the Belt and Road Initiative in 2013. China's four 'super' characteristics as a civilizational state will become a significant driving force for the world. It will revive land-based civilizations. Along the path, there are more than 60 countries with a combined population of four to five billion people. For hundreds of years, maritime civilisation has been the source of development in the western world. A resurgence of land-based civilization will have a long-term impact on the economies of the countries along the route, resulting in long-term growth. This proposal will help emerging nation-states countries have a new development way. The Chinese government proposed a 'connectivity' new way. It means better communication in policy-making, infrastructure, trade, currency and cultural exchanges. Another critical aspect of the China Model is consultative democracy. These are well reflected in 'co-construction and sharing' under the One Belt, One Road. Each country involved in Belt and Road initiative makes proposals based on its interests, and then they discuss and make plans together. Finally, they put them into action together and benefit together. However, many countries, particularly those developed countries, had doubts. Because the Chinese government do not have details, they do not have a clear road map to guarantee success. In addition, public opinions worldwide are not friendly to the Chinese proposal. Firstly, for developed countries, China's grand plan is bound to affect the interests of developed countries. Because the Chinese government will build a good relationship with most developing countries along this 'BELT Road'. Like the United States, the developed countries are very afraid of the rise of such a super economic system. The rise of a country like China is bound to yield a global impact. It is bound to bring unprecedented changes to the world. Why? Because it is the rise of a Four 'super' of a civilization state, With super-large territory, Super-large population, Super-long history, Super-rich cultural heritage. With the rapid development of China, Trump's Trade War with China Has Begun. The sudden outbreak of Covind-19 helped Trump implement practical trade barriers against China, but it revealed the shortage of the American supply chain. It also illustrates the general trend of globalization. Second, Some scholars regard China's BELT and Road program as its Marshall Plan. In addition, it seems that there is no reason for the Chinese government to help developing countries build roads unconditionally. This paper will take five Central Asian countries, contained Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Tajik, Turkmen, and Uzbek, as an example to analyze why China is willing to help developing countries along the Road. An additional focus of this paper is a comparison of the Belt and Road Initiative against Marshall Plan initiatives. And refutes the views of some scholars. Chinese power has been the subject of much debate since the beginning of its reform program 30 years ago. However, after China actively promoted the ‘Belt and Road’ cooperation policy. China has developed positive foreign connections with the countries along the path. In addition, China, with the image of great power, is more actively promoting the construction of globalization. Helping developing countries build basic infrastructure not only helps China to solve their steel overcapacity problems but also promotes trade between China and countries along the way. Because China is a super industry country, the more and more foreign exchange goes into China. The world community is progressively coming to recognize China. China's Belt and Road Initiative, as well as the concept of "a community with a shared future for mankind," have had a tremendous impact in many areas. From an economic standpoint, China is steadily satisfying the development needs of the economies along the Belt and Road. Each of the three economic corridors between China, Pakistan, and Bangladesh demonstrates the potential for new regional economic cooperation. They all show the prospect of new regional economic cooperation.   In light of this, The Belt and Road Initiative has established a new opportunity and platform for improving the flow of economic elements and resource distribution. In addition, a new concept of building a community with a shared future for mankind brought hope and vitality to a new and upgraded version of globalization. At the same time, Because China is a significant player in this disease, the world has taken notice of China's feeling of global responsibility. In addition,  the Chinese answer handed over by the Chinese government during the pandemic has gradually been recognized by most countries. China's prominence on the international stage is steadily increasing.
