Absztrakt (kivonat)
Interculturally engaged organization, management, and work environment, including individual attitude, have a significant impact on members' success and development. It also reduces the amount of time spent on honing the learning curve. Intercultural organizations and management are less likely to have employees leave, are less likely to receive negative feedback, and have a high turnover rate. Which, in this example, demonstrates how the expenses are decreasing as a result of these factors. Intercultural organization and management is a novel approach to building an ergonomic workplace. It provides opportunities to comprehend on an individual level, resulting in more solutions for solving ergonomic concerns. Intercultural organizations value cultural differences, and the work-life balance changes as a result. Intercultural organizations and management are expanding the options for maintaining work-life balance in a very specific and personal way. In this research specific case of Credit Suisse Private Banking, Nestle, Aerostar and McDonalds will be introduced in the search of above statements.
