Absztrakt (kivonat)

My dissertation is written on the subject of the aviation sector in the light of the Covid-19 pandemic. However, in order to limit the scope of my topic, I have selected one actor from the industry, namely the Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport and have attempted to present the uprising challenges, the operational and service changes that have occurred in the last two years and lastly the possible future outcomes. To gain comprehensive insights,  I interviewed three professionals working at BUD Group and investigated the events in the context of their departments.
