This research proposal is intended to approach an exploratory factor of an existing event of the Covid 19 pandemic, which focuses on Thailand’s most important sector of the economic revenue in tourism industries and the business sector in the related field. The Covid-19 pandemic has had a worldwide impact and Thailand is grappling with a multitude of challenges because of the outbreak. The focus of this research raises Two major concerns: the impact of Covid-19 on tourism on the economic effects on business operators and locals as tourists themselves. as well as the exploratory viewpoint of people in Thailand who were fully affected by the pandemic which relies on tourism, including the effect on local residents. This study adopted a qualitative approach to evaluate the proposed theoretical foundation for a process of observational research that requires an in-depth understanding of the social phenomena of Covid 19 in Thailand in their natural settings. Data were collected through interviews from 35 participants, who were divided into two groups based on their perspectives 1. business and 2. tourism in a tourist destination area in both inland and coastal provinces. Since the COVID-19 outbreaks, this paper has compiled all of the circumstances surrounding infection and response. The impact of COVID-19 on tourist attractions in Thailand's inland and coastal areas. It has been identified on the basis of scientific evidence. This paper also summarizes the integrated popular zone management strategies used for the reopening of tourist beaches and parks. It is suggested that collaboration from all stakeholders, including the government, private sector, and tourists, is required to ensure the success of the "New Normal" in popular tourist destinations and coastal tourism, in order to reduce the risk of contagion both on the beach and in tourism accommodations.  This study also aims to collect data as an example for future events that are likely to be related, which could be the recommended approach for possible effect. It hopes to establish dependable resources that will be easily accessible for potential academic studies on similar topics, as well as a platform for lesson learning of an upcoming event that could have a future tourism impact on a modern world event, and a document to support in the discovery of solutions during such tragic occasions.
