Since China has joined the WTO, the internationalization of SMEs is an irresistible trend even in this country. However, the international environment is very different from the domestic environment. How to succeed in the global environment requires an excellent theory to guide and avoid detours. Small and medium-sized enterprises, due to their resource constraints, product technology constraints, management personnel and other restrictions, usually experience that their internationalization path is different from that of large enterprises and that it is even much more problematic for them to internationalise than to their large-sized counterparts.Based on the substance of the thesis and previous studies by others, we will explain and study the direction of internationalization of Chinese SMEs from theoretical and realistic perspectives. This thesis's primary objective is to use a company case as an example to analyze the internationalization of Chinese SMEs by using the SWOT method and figure out which critical aspects of development and management should be focused on if Chinese SMEs want to internationalize successfully in the future.According to the results of the analysis, this thesis concludes that the most important thing for Chinese SMEs to concentrate on overseas development is the marketing model and resources. In terms of marketing, the first thing is to carry out brand promotion. Brand value is an expression of the overall strength of an enterprise. Therefore, how to make the brand recognized by overseas consumers is an obstacle that almost all Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises and even Chinese enterprises must face. Second, we must pay attention to localization, respect local customs and abide by local policies. Third, build the core competitiveness of the enterprise. In terms of resources, it is the first to cultivate international business talents. Internationalized enterprises need talents with internationalization experience. Due to the different systems in various countries, domestic companies' existing talents cannot adapt to the overseas market. This problem is currently the most troublesome problem for most companies. Second, there must be an international management model. Internationalized management puts forward higher requirements for the corporate management of Chinese SMEs. However, the scarcity of talents has severely restricted Chinese SMEs' development, and Chinese SMEs must have a global mindset and establish a global organizational framework.However, if Chinese SMEs take the above points, the future development of Chinese SMEs' internationalization will make significant progress in the global environment.
