Today, beauty and health have become an important factor in the preservation of beauty and health, and as a result, this market is one of the fastest growing from different industries. New products and services are emerging almost daily to meet consumer needs. Today, more and more people prefer natural cosmetics to products overloaded with chemicals. The main reason for my chosen topic is that nowadays our body is exposed to many harmful effects, one of the consequences of which is that more and more people's skin is becoming sensitive to traditional cosmetics. For this reason, more and more people prefer natural ingredients and skin-friendly products. I would like to explore what decisions are behind consumers' purchases, in this case the place where they buy these products (drugstore, pharmacy, beautician or natural cosmetics stores), whether they have a preference or are simply driven by impulse buying and ignore the ingredients or the brand itself. I would also like to look at what is behind the decision when choosing or buying natural cosmetics. Important factors for these consumers may include animal welfare, environmental awareness or even health consciousness.
