Abstract

In my paper, will introduce the hotel industry from the marketing point of view during the pandemic. Since the beginning of the pandemic, hotels were hardy able to create revenue, It was clear, that marketing was the most important tool to attract customers. The targeting methods were always different according to the current situation. When the pandemic situation was stronger, they just lowered the prices as much as they can and after the rough periods, they raised the prices as much as they can. They mostly used social media accounts, all of the hotels shifted mostly toward online marketing. Flexibility was the most important skill during the pandemic
