Research paper illustrates about middle class development in post communist countries. in other to clarify economic and political preferences, economic transformation of ECE during transition period, "new rich in Asia" economic transformation in East and Southeast Asia and China's rapid economic growth descriptions included as main chapters. Kazakhstan's state dependent middle class is mentioned as indicative sample. As for the political legitimacy concept, post-Soviet Eurasian cases has illustrated.
