COVID-19 has had a significant worldwide influence on international business and the global economy since its abrupt emergence and subsequent global dissemination. Customers have migrated from offline to online consumption as a result of COVID-19, significantly increasing the number of cross-border e-commerce consumers. International trade has grown more active as a result of cross-border e-commerce. The continuous development of trade cooperation between China and the countries along the "Belt and Road," as well as the innovation of business models such as cross-border e-commerce, have increased the scale of trade in a variety of sectors and effectively accelerated the "Belt and Road's" economic development. Determine the benefits, drawbacks, possibilities, and dangers of a new form of e-commerce collaboration in cross-border e-commerce cooperation between China and the nations along the "Belt and Road," as well as the potential for such cooperation, using a SWOT analysis. It goes without saying that China and the nations along the "Belt and Road" have enormous potential for cross-border e-commerce collaboration. To prosper in this era of fast cross-border e-commerce growth, e-commerce enterprises in China and the nations along the "Belt and Road" must boost their international competitiveness and chart a clear path forward via a variety of practical means. Simultaneously, governments in all nations should bolster their support and oversight of cross-border e-commerce-related businesses. By that time, China's cross-border e-commerce cooperation with nations along the "Belt and Road" would have been significantly reinforced and expanded.
