Absztrakt (kivonat)

As a student I am planning my future in this segment with my own business. For this reason, I found it to be interesting to me to measure and research the steps, measures and attituded that the other units had done so far during the lockdowns. I found 3 different catering units in 3 different points of the country the get the full picture how this epidemic affected the industry. Hopefully with these 3 interviews I will be able to provide a proper conclusion about the best solutions in a crisis like this. As an employment saw and felt my company’s decreasing tendency day by day. This was the other aspect that pushed me to select this topic for my dissertation, because everybody knows about the virus but not everybody felt the economic impact that is caused by the coronavirus since 2020 on the same level. Here I wanted to ask our and any other potential costumer about their habits regarding the restaurants and the frequency of visiting it and how did this change since the breakout.
