Absztrakt (kivonat)

The main goal of this thesis work is to research culture shock in business, particularly in Kazakhstan. Research study was conducted with the senior managers from four different multinational companies by determining multiple questions how HR expertise of multinational enterprises avoids the cultural differences and culture shock in their organization . The results were recorded about the HR expertise that they have had for over the time to avoid the culture shock of the foreign employees.  The thesis work consists of two chapters. In chapter one, the terms of culture and acculturation have been reviewed in terms of theory. In the second chapter, the research methodology of the study has been introduced, following by findings from the interviews. Afterwards, the results were discussed as a part of chapter 2 and concluded in the end of the work.
