Humanitarian action has been profoundly renewed over the past 40 years. The initiative of individuals and NGOs who believed that people needed to be rescued. Danger, sometimes even without the consent of the relevant authorities. Humanitarian aid has since grown considerably, both in its financing and in the operational capabilities and effectiveness with public and public support media. Humanitarianism is now experiencing a major economic and organisational crisis. Initially direct aid has over time prioritized and standardized with an efficiency perspective, making it counterproductive and exposing it to many criticisms. This is why there is currently a refocusing on the ethics of action, one of the most explicit symptoms of which seems to be the increasing focus on resilience. We will define after the resilience, its types and its importance in the system. In this globalized and unstable international context, one can therefore question the current humanitarian model and its ability to provide efficient and resilient assistance to those in need. To address this problem, we have developed a qualitative exploratory approach by interviewing experts and a recipient of humanitarian aid through semi-direct interviews. In order to achieve a better understanding about the resilient approach, a case study is needed to show case the needed observation. In this case, the crisis of Yemen especially post conflict is the key to deduct the research alongside with literature reviews of other researches. Therefore, recommendations will be concluded for the Yemeni case and this will project a better recommendation for future conflicts resolution tools and observations.
