Absztrakt (kivonat)

The recent coronavirus epidemic has had a major effect on China's small and medium-sized domestic import and export businesses. Under the impact of the disease, China's "One Belt, One Road" project as an external occurrence impacts China's foreign trade, so how the scheme is applied and encouraged is important to investigate. In this article, we first explain the basic situation by comparing the Sars virus in 2003, and then we discovered that there are no papers studying the effect of Cov-19 on the "One Belt, One Road" strategy by collecting and summarizing previous literature. As a result, we begin in Chapter 2 to examine the domestic economic condition in China during the outbreak, as well as improvements in the growth of international exchange, both horizontally and vertically. We research the degree of effect of each industry under the effects of the epidemic from the macro to the micro level using the three accounting methods of horizontal GDP and trade data of import and export industries.According to the findings, as a consequence of the outbreak, the government introduced policies such as quarantine and country closing, shops were locked, and tourism remained sluggish. Longitudinally, we used the model to forecast the economic trend after the outbreak and assumed that a "V"-shaped economic recovery is unavoidable. Retaliatory spending could occur during the epidemic's recovery, allowing the economy, especially the badly battered services and tourism industries, to rebound rapidly and even generate a short-term bubble. At the conclusion of the report, specific policy proposals are made in reaction to an overview of the epidemic's economic pattern. It is argued that the government should capitalize on the current epidemic by actively developing new industries such as medicine and technology, growing collaboration and growth with Europe in pharmaceutical technology and other industries, and accelerating industrial transition and upgrading.
